Regular Hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.

1. DESKTOP ICON> located next to your time clock is an icon that looks like a blue lower case “d” . If you right-click this icon, you can select “Request Support” to contact us via a convenient support request pop-up form.
2. E-MAIL> firstname.lastname@example.org (be as detailed as you like about your request to help us respond more quickly).

Please do not use TEXT messages for initial request. Any requests for service made via text message may not be processed in a timely manner. Text messages will be open for use after a service ticket is assigned to a technician.
